Main RIYA YADAV , 12th ki student aur school ki athlete hu. Roz practice karti hu, running, drills sab... phir bhi mera weight 3kg badh gaya tha.
Sabse badi galti jo maine ki:
Practice ke bharose khana control nahi kiya
Raat ko 1 baje soti thi, subah 6 baje uthna padta tha
"Diet matlab khana band" samajh leti thi
Phir coach ne 1 line boli jo game changer thi:
"Beta, gym se muscle banta hai, fat kitchen se kam hota hai."
Us din se maine khane pe dhyan dena shuru kiya. Result? Dheere dheere weight control me aa raha hai.
Important: Main doctor ya nutritionist nahi hu. Ye sirf mera personal experience hai. Har body alag hoti hai, isliye koi bhi diet ya workout shuru karne se pehle apne parents ya doctor se consult kar lena ⚠️
