Chips ki jagah maine roasted makhana + thoda namak rakh liya.Crunch bhi milta tha, pet bhi bhar jata tha, weight bhi nahi badhta tha. Market me "roasted makhana" likh ke search karna, bahut options mil jayenge.

3. 10 min walk rule
Craving bahut tez ho to ghar ke bahar 10 min walk. Wapas aake dekho, mann bhatak jayega. Dimaag ko naye kaam me laga do. Phone scroll karne se better hai.
